These Terms constitute a binding agreement between LeadSpare Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Bangalore, Karnataka ("LeadSpare," "we," "us," or "our") and you, the individual or organisation accessing or using our Service ("you" or "Customer"). Our registered company email is info@leadspare.com.
By accessing or using LeadSpare's website at www.leadspare.com or our cloud-based CRM platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Service. The Service is intended for business use only and is not directed at consumers for personal, family, or household purposes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the Service. We may terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your Customer Data will be retained for 30 days post-termination to allow export, then permanently deleted.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any subscription order forms, constitute the entire agreement between you and LeadSpare. Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
